- Applies to most major Canadian and continental USA (48 lower states) delivery addresses only, and is subject to other geographical shipping restrictions that may apply.
- Orders over 13.5 kgs (30 lbs) are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us for a special rate.
- Rural or remote geographical locations are subject to extra shipping charges.
- You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible discount coupons are used bringing the total below the minimum amount after coupon is applied.
- You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, after the order was placed, bringing the total below the minimum amount.
- Returned items that qualified for free shipping will be issued a refund less actual shipping charges.

Shipping Information
All orders ship from our warehouse in Terrebonne, Quebec.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the time you have placed your order. It is important to us that you have the opportunity to choose between several shipping options to find the one that fits your needs best. Therefore, we can ship your order via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. Shipping cost can be calculated anytime in your shopping cart page using the shipping cost calculator.
Taxes
Customers within Quebec will be billed 5% GST + 7.5% PST. All other Canadian customers pay only 5% GST or 13% HST. Customers from any other country than Canada do NOT pay any taxes.
Insurance
We only use best packing material trying to make it impossible for an item to get damaged during the delivery. Unfortunately, there is always a tiny possibility to receive a damaged item. Therefore, we put insurance on all packages we ship. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an e-mail and we will give further advise. If an item is in stock, we will send you a new one.
International Orders
International cutomers (including United States) are responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your custom before purchase. Such taxes and fees are not included in the shipping charge.
Returns
We guarantee to sell only top quality products, thus, if you do not like your purchase, simply return it to us and get a full refund for all products returned - No question asked. The products must be returned within 7 days after receiving the order. The returned products have to be in their original condition and in their original packing. If an item is returned to us which was sent free of shipping charge, the customer will be responsible for both shipping charges. |
